So what exactly is in this amazing product we hear you ask, and how will it benefit me? Well this is where it gets a bit technical, but please hold on to the end, we promise it’s worth it…
Beetroot: Beetroots is an excellent source of folic acid and a very good source of iron, fibre, manganese, and potassium. Recent research has linked beetroot with lowering blood pressure, boosting exercise performance & recovery and even preventing dementia due to the high content of nitrates. Beetroot has a cleansing effect on the body, removing acids and toxins from the kidney.
Tomato: A good source of folate and potassium, along with many B vitamins, magnesium, phosphorus and copper. Tomatoes also contain all 3 high-powered antioxidants (Vitamins A, C and E), providing excellent support for a modern day lifestyle. Eye health can be improved with tomatoes due to its high content of lutein. They have also been shown to help lower total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides.
Kale: Kale is very high in beta carotene, vitamin K and vitamin C, and is rich in calcium. Kale is a source of two carotenoids, lutein and zeaxanthin. Kale has been found to contain a group of resins known as bile acid sequestrants, which have been shown to lower cholesterol and decrease absorption of dietary fat. Along with a high dosage of minerals and healthy fatty acids, kale is a nutritional live-wire.
Spinach: It is a rich source of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, magnesium, manganese, folate and iron (right table). It also provides a good source of the B vitamins riboflavin and vitamin B6, vitamin E, calcium, potassium and dietary fibre. Spinach is therefore incredible in providing you with powerful antioxidant protection. Recent research has also shown that the glycoglycerolipids from spinach can help protect the lining of the digestive tract from damage — especially damage related to unwanted inflammation.
Broccoli: Broccoli has an unusually strong combination of both vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene) and vitamin K, along with high quantities of vitamin C and dietary fibre. It also contains multiple nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties, such as diindolylmethane and small amounts of selenium. Broccoli has a strong, positive impact on our body’s detoxification system and possesses unique anti-inflammatory benefits due to its strong source of the flavonoid kaempferol.

They are exceptionally rich source of carotenes and vitamin-A, along with providing a good source of vitamin K, potassium, folate, manganese, phosphorous, magnesium, vitamin E and zinc. Carrots have been positively linked to such health benefits as improved vision, healthier skin and cancer prevention.
Raspberry: Raspberries will provide vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, vitamin E, iron, and potassium, and manganese, as well as lesser amounts of thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B-6, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc and copper. Raspberries contain the antioxidants alpha and beta-carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin, and choline. They are also a powerful source of polyphenols such as anthocyanin, flavonols and ellagitannins, which decrease oxidative damage from free radicals.
Strawberry: Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamins C and K as well as providing a good dose of fibre, folic acid, manganese and potassium. Blackberry: Much like spinach, blackberries are rich in bioflavonoids and Vitamin C. The dark blue colour ensures blackberries have one of the highest antioxidant levels of all fruits. Antioxidants are well-known for lowering the risk of a number of diseases. Consumption of blackberries can help to promote the healthy tightening of tissue, which is a great non-surgical procedure to make skin look younger. Blackcurrant: Blackcurrants carry significantly high amounts of phenolic flavonoid phytochemicals called anthocyanins.
